Frequently Asked Questions

Here are some of our most commonly asked questions. If you can’t find what you’re looking for drop us an email at: envios@leskalogistics.com (spanish or english)

How long does it take for my family to receive the package in Cuba?
Under normal conditions our experience has been approximately 15 business days after the package arrives in Cuba and clears Customs (Aduana) it is delivered to the recipient in Zone A and B. Zone C can take longer due to less frequent delivery trips.

Please note: During the COVID-19 pandemic the delivery company has experienced extreme delays and client’s have been receiving their packages anywhere between 20 and 45 business days. This is beyond our control and we will ensure you are aware of the extreme delays at the time of booking.

What do I pay in Canada?
Using the above pricing values you are responsible for paying for the merchandise + shipping (Canada to Havana) + delivery/pickup fee. If you are local to Vancouver you can put together your own merchandise and simply drop it off with us. Always contact us before preparing your shipment as we have some advice to save you a few bucks here and there.
How often are shipments sent to Cuba?

Flights leave Canada every Saturday. However, we don’t send shipments every week. The top of this webpage will always show the next date a shipment is going to Cuba and whether it’s from Vancouver or Ottawa.

Why can't I pay for the entire shipment with Leska Logistics?
Unfortunately, we are unable to collect the Aduana service fee of 50 CUP per package or the Aduana Duty (CUC). These fees must be paid in person upon delivery. We will always do our best to keep you informed of exactly what the recipient must pay to avoid any surprises.
I don't live in Canada - Can I still send a package to Cuba?
